Loving my experience at Sage. Found my new safe space. Melanie is everything I've been looking for in a hair dresser. She is amazing at talking through options, respecting my needs and is just genuinely a kind human. I've had terrible experiences before as Asian hair can be tricky to style, but she has been spot on helping me with the cut I want. Have been twice and will continue!

Had such a great experience at Sage! Pretty sure it was Lee who looked after me — she did my haircut and everything else. She really took her time, spent nearly an hour just chatting with me about my hair, what it needed, how to look after it at home, and what I was hoping to achieve. She was super honest and helpful, and I never felt rushed — even though it was after her shift. I loved that there was a free consultation before the actual appointment. She explained everything so clearly and gave me great home care advice, which I found really valuable. She also came up with a plan that made sense for the condition of my hair and what I wanted long-term. Even after the appointment, she followed up and offered a free trim, toner and treatment — just to make sure I was happy and feeling good about it all. That kind of care and attention is honestly rare these days. Would definitely recommend Sage — so client-focused, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.

Mel not only listened to what I wanted but also shared her advice in a thoughtful, supportive and knowledgeable way. She really understood my concerns and hair goals, made me feel comfortable, and was honest about what we could achieve. I’ve now been back twice, and both times I’ve left feeling relaxed, pampered, and absolutely loving my hair. Mel is calm, talented, and such a lovely person to chat with. The salon as a whole is really welcoming and has such a nice, relaxed vibe. Highly recommend!

I recently went to Sage and had an appointment with Mel and she was incredible. She took her time during the consultation, really making sure she knew what I was after and also put a plan together for me to make sure my hair stays healthy and fresh. Absolutely love my color, the blonde is fresh and bright and a really natural lived in blonde. Can't wait for my next appointment with her! Also had a treatment and this was the most relaxing experience including a heated eye mask.
